Yes, here is the "Fine Print"
Before any payments are to be made, the purchaser must Register and activate
their Domain and account with the Web Host and then once Registration is
complete, forward this info, including password so that we can access the
Server. (MAKE SURE YOU USE A TEMPORARY PASSWORD). Once work is
completed you can then change the Password to something different.
The Terms of payment are 50% down and the balance upon completion
except for the Basic Assistance Package, that must be paid in full before any
work is done.
In this agreement, all parties involved will discuss the work to be done and
decide on things like colors, artwork, photos, and text to be placed on the
website pages, before payment is made.
The Basic Package consists of ten (10) hours dedicated to your website.
The Tame Package consists of thirty (30) hours dedicated to your website.
The Wild Package consists of sixty (60) hours dedicated to your website.
Upon Completion of the agreed work, WildWebDesigner.com will send an
invoice through Google Checkout and payment is to be made upon receipt of this
invoice.
Please note that this work and the contents of the website are property of
WildWebDesigner.com until the balance is paid in full.
There are no refunds, Cancelling will result in a loss of the Deposit.
